Notice the Risk scales, the tutorial and level 2 are easiest to solve.

Use <Mouse>, <W> <A> <S> <D>, <Space>, <Shift>, and <Mouse Buttons> to Play.

Press <L>ist - List of groceries.

Press <I>nvert - Invert mouse look.

Press <P> To replay. 

Press <BackSpace> To restart.

You can even inject your own JSON data to create your own levels.  Please see this thread for more information and future updates.  At the time of the submission deadline, only a rudimentary implementation of this feature has been provided.
